Big Leaves, Bigger Needs: Monstera Plant Food for Lush Growth

Few plants grow as big—or as impressively—as a Monstera. But that kind of dramatic leaf development takes more than water and sunlight. Our Monstera plant food is formulated to fuel this vigorous growth, delivering a rich balance of essential plant nutrients for larger leaves, stronger stems, and healthier roots. Monsteras thrive when they’re well-fed, and SYBASupport makes it easy with targeted blends that match their fast-paced metabolism.

Monstera plant food provides everything your aroid needs to unfurl those iconic split leaves and build lush jungle vibes in your space. Our liquid fertilizer works best when paired with the right foundation, which is why we always recommend our premium Aroid Mix—specially developed to complement fast-growing species like Monstera deliciosa. With the perfect balance of aeration, drainage, and nutrition, your Monstera gets the environment it needs to grow big and bold, naturally.

Monsteras Love to Grow—Feed Them Right

High Demand, High Reward

Monsteras are natural climbers with an appetite for growth. As a result, they need consistent feeding to maintain their signature foliage and strong root systems. Standard plant fertilizer just doesn’t cut it—these plants need a blend rich in nitrogen for leaf development, phosphorus for root strength, and potassium to keep cell structures firm and healthy. Our Monstera plant food delivers this in an optimal ratio, so your plant gets what it needs, when it needs it. From baby cuttings to mature floor-fillers, SYBASupport helps your Monstera thrive through every stage of its life.

Nutrients Only Work with the Right Soil

Even the best plant food can’t compensate for poor soil. Our Aroid mix is the ideal partner for our plant food, ensuring nutrients reach the roots instead of getting trapped or flushed away. With added nutrients, as wormcastings already present in the soil, you’re setting up your Monstera for success: lush leaves, thick aerial roots, and steady upward growth that mirrors what it would achieve in the rainforest. Better structure. Better absorption. Better plant.

SYBASupport Gives You Three Ways to Feed

BIO Liquid: Fast-Acting Nutrition for Rapid Growth

Our Tropical BIO Liquid Plant Food is designed to match your Monstera’s quick-growing nature. This liquid fertilizer blends effortlessly with water and provides immediate nutrient availability—perfect for regular feeding during active growth months. Use it weekly or bi-weekly depending on your plant’s watering needs, and watch as those fenestrations form faster and leaves grow bolder. Plus, it's made with organic ingredients for a clean, plant-safe experience, ideal for growers who want fast results without harsh chemicals.

BIO Slow Release: Steady Feeding, Less Effort

If you're looking for a lower-maintenance approach, our Tropical BIO Slow-Release Plant Food offers a gradual, reliable nutrient supply. These organic pellets slowly break down in the soil, feeding your Monstera consistently over several weeks. This method is perfect for busy plant parents or for those who want to supplement during repotting. It keeps your plant nourished with minimal effort and less risk of overfeeding, all while supporting long-term health and stable growth.

Regular Slow Release: Engineered for SYBAStones Setups

Growing your Monstera in SYBAStones: Mineral Substrates? You’ll need our Tropical Slow-Release Plant Food, designed specifically for non-organic media. This blend complements mineral substrates by providing complete, slow-diffusing nutrition without altering the pH or balance of your mix. It’s ideal for semi-hydroponic systems or growers looking for a cleaner, more controlled solution. Just apply, give water as usual, and let SYBASupport do the rest.

Nutrition Backed by Knowledge and Passion

From Greenhouse to Leaf Split

SYBASupport was born from the same hands-on trial and error that helped Sybotanica create its acclaimed Aroid Mix. Founder Sybren, frustrated by the lack of tailored products for fast-growing houseplants, developed our Monstera plant food with the same care and intention that built our soil range. It’s not about generic solutions—it’s about giving each plant family what it truly needs. With three formulations to choose from, each tested for effectiveness and ease, we’ve made Monstera nutrition something you can feel confident about.

Trusted by Monstera Lovers Across Europe

Since our beginnings in a bedroom full of cuttings, Sybotanica has grown into a leader in specialized houseplant care. From our eco-conscious production practices to our knowledge-first approach, everything we do is designed to make plants (and their owners) happy. Whether you're just starting with your first Monstera or you're managing a jungle indoors, SYBASupport gives you the tools to grow boldly—and sustainably. Three formulas. FAQ's

Can I combine different fertilisers?

We do not recommend mixing any of the SYBASupport Line fertilisers. Combining with Worm Castings & Lava gravel is possible

If using SYBASoil, we recommend waiting until the nutrients in SYBASoil have run out (~6 months after repotting)

Will SYBASupport save my dying plant?

If a plant isn’t doing well, adding fertiliser is like giving candy to someone with a stomach ache—it might make things worse.

First, check what’s wrong: too much water, not enough light, or pests. Fix those problems before feeding it.

If lack of nutrients is the problem, your plant might look pale, grow slower, or have yellowing leaves, especially the older leaves.

That’s when fertiliser can help—but always use the right type and amount to avoid overfeeding!

Organic fertilisers are like healthy home-cooked meals—slower to work, but they make the soil better over time.

*For mineral substrates like SYBAHydro, we havent been able to find a suited bio fertiliser, that's why we sell the mineral fertilisers

What's the difference between Liquid & Slow release fertilisers?

Liquid fertilisers are like a quick drink for your plants—they get nutrients fast but need more refills.
